Khaneja Ventures is a Private investment Firm with a reputation for success. we are not structured like typical private equity or venture capital funds that have hard and fast guidelines. we are opportunistic, nimble, patient, responsive and partner with respected corporations to create enduring enterprises in India.
When we decide to work with a new company, we go all in and become fully invested in all aspects of their business. Our partners can also leverage our expertise across finance, legal and compliance.
We invest in foreign and Indian companies catering to large markets, with high standards of corporate governance and the ability to stay resilient across economic cycles.
We’re looking for innovation, hard work and promise, and have a strict criteria for selecting our next Partners. While we only invest in a handful of Projects a year, it means we can focus solely on those who we believe really have the team and drive to succeed.
Investment Criteria
At Khaneja Ventures, We place a particular emphasis on privately-owned, family-owned, carveouts, buy-and-build and Special Situation opportunities. We differ from mainstream private equity or venture capital firms in that we have no investment “formula” or investment limitations. We are flexible enough to structure transactions to meet the specific needs of company owners, family members, management, boards of directors, and other constituencies with a stake.
